Extremely unprofessional. I hope someone at Sony EU gives them a call about the asshole they have managing their social media. Crap like that is just plain stupid. You don't publicly throw your business partners under the bus with language like that.
And no, it doesn't matter if it's Sony, Nintendo, or Microsoft, you don't use childish insults like that about companies you do business with. They must have a 12 year old kid manning their media accounts.
