To keep things into perspective, companies as a whole prefer to stay neutral, but every now and then someone can say the wrong thing, either accidentally or intentionally - game publisher/developer employees are not immune from being biased fanboys after all.
You could be the most diehard vita fan in the world but refusing to buy a namco game based on this single comment is just silly - chances are whoever was in charge of the youtube account on that particular day is now, or very shortly going to be fired, so what does it matter.
