If this is a specific game company that actually develops games, tell them some of their titles that you liked.
The best idea, of course, is to convince them that they need you. Tell them what you bring to the table and why you are a better choice than other games.
I have little experience in applying for jobs, but I have been told some of this by a lot of people.
