Wii U has sold only 3 millions in almost a year. Meanwhile the PS3 at $600 sold the same in just 2 months (3.5 millions between November and December of 2006 for a total of 9.1 millions by the end of 2007; link below) and with the hype that is behind the PS4 right now nothing can stop it. I mean, do you really believe the Wii U will be able to reach 9 millions by the end of this year with 2 next-console launching this fall? 0_O
