first of all, do all your chores and be really nice to them.
second of all, raise some money to put towards it.
third of all, maybe ask for it for a birthday or something.
tell them that you need the ps3 so that you can play it and that your brother can play the 360.
that way you both have a system to play. well thats just my advice.
