The Last of Us is more similar to I Am Legend. Environment wise at least.

I was talking about gameplay style and genre. Not commenting on the art style and vibe of the game.

It looks like a 3rd person action/adventure game with some melee combat, and a survival aspect of conserving your ammo. It obviously also has racing sections.

If i had to bet, i would say this is a linear game (albeit with large open areas). I would think we would see towns and townspeople if it was open world, though i hope im wrong. :)
