not knowing why someone might be following you doesnt automatically make them a stalker and give you the right to attack them..
zimmerman saw something suspicious, reported it to the police, and followed TM. No part of that is illegal or considered hostile or violent.
TM had 3 options, 2 of which are legal, 1 which is not. He can keep going on his way home and call the police. He can turn around and ask why are you following me, can i help clear anything up. Or he can turn around and attack him. which one is illegal? and which one did he choose?
At a very young age i was taught never to get into an altercation with someone you dont know. They might have a gun. And im from freaking Canada. I would think that would be even more true living in a state like florida.
