Only if you think its reasonable that a death could occur with those desicions. Getting out of the car is not illegal and is not lethal in any way. Why would Zimmerman expect he would need to defend himself if he got out of the car? So you are telling me that if Zimmerman actually lived in one of the houses that trayvon was by when he got shot Zimmerman should have stayed in the car because trayvon could have approced him when he pulled into his own drive way?

 No, but persuing someone in car and then again on foot, in the midst of night is bound arouse serious suspicion and fear ones life. Zimmerman instigated the confrontation which he was unable to manage. I guess the case for the court was who turnt the confrontation from verbal to physical. And with no real witnesses, this is where the case against Zimmerman fails...
