You also thought they'd convict him, so your thoughts are but wishful thinking not based upon facts or reality. I'm telling you what O'Mara said. He didn't say we'll seek immunity, he said we'll seek and win immunity.

I agree about his quality of life. Going to be in hiding.

Actually no, when the state went for murder two, I knew he wouldn't be convicted. Even with the judge ruling in favor of a lesser charge being considered, you start out with murder and you f'd up as the prosecution in this case. And my opinion that Zimmerman is a scumbag who killed an innocent kid is based on nothing but fact and reality. I don't think you're aware that sometimes guilty people walk free and sometimes innocent people go to jail. And I don't really care what he said regarding his intentions. I am sure if I cared to, I could link to lots of articles with prosecution quotes about how they thought this trial would go before it ended. I don't think it worked out well for them. Trayvon's family will have a very strong case in civil court, same as many others who went that route even though the killer was found not guilty.

Last reply I will have for you specifically, unlike you I am not emotionally invested in this and your responses are borderline flamebait mostly.

I'm curious about what in my post seems emotional? Meanwhile you're referring to Zimmerman as a scumbag; that's a fairly emotive term.

While Zimmerman followed an innocent kid, he killed a guilty man. I don't think you have much of a rebuttal based upon evidence or fact. Mostly just supposition. Can you tell me what you think actually happened?

Like I said, O'Mara will seek immunity and win. His words - I think someone with 30 years experience knows what he's talking about, especially in comparison to some forum dweller.
