The game is not a F2P game. It will be offered in a full price digital download or individual characters may be purchased if you so desire. I'm assuming you won't be playing Planetside 2, Warframe, DC Universe Online, or Blacklight Retribution on PS4?
This game will have a high attach ratio for the Xbox One. I know plenty of people buying the X1 just for this game. Evo is full of Capcom fanboys who boo anything non Capcom.
