My understanding is that Zimmerman lost track of where Martin was and had stopped to, supposedly, get an address. I'm not sure what him driving has anything to do with it. If someone is driving slowly through a neighborhood, a person on foot could easily ditch them. Once he had gotten out of the car, there is zero chance Zimmerman could have caught Martin (no racist).

Thats my point, if Zimmerman lost Trayvan right,  Zimmerman didnt go back to his car though? how was he the one ambushed?
