they are probably taking a lose at it as it is. i really doubt the X1 would cost around 260 to manufacture, if so, then sony is making quite the profit on the PS4. so even if they dont include kinect they wouldnt be able to undercut the PS4 by 250$ or 200$ for that matter. Yeah true. hmm, I don't trust this, cause its extremely hard to believe the Kinect 2 costs as much as the Xbox One to produce.

With a $499 price, I think MS are either breaking even or making a small profit. 


well the Dev is verified so i guess all this info is true. the thing is what exactly is "close to the price of the console" could it be that the console is 300$ to produce while the kinect is 200$? or it is more in line with 270$ - 230$?  could it be that the kinect costs more to make but is still close to the price of the console? 

but i see sony always having a price advantage, unless MS wants to cut the price after some time has passed to match the PS4 but then the PS4 would be making much more profit.
