Unless Sony flat-out goes to publishers and asks for titles (like I suspect happened with Assassin's Creed & Call of Duty) then nothing much is going to come out on its own accord, aside from a LEGO game here or there.

western developers convinced themselves that people want gaming on phones and tablets only.

Its quite frustrating.
