you don't need to know or care about gaming to be an excellent top exec in a gaming branch of company.... hell to be a good top exec of any company you don't need to know or care about there business to become an excellent key figure in the said company.... we are not talking about doing gaming reviews on IGN or be a sales rep a gamestop here.....
those are high end business position that require skills that are not especially relevant to the core activity of the division.....
