well what proof do you need??? if the gov asks any company legal to provide info they do it's not like they can say "no we won't" like a arrogant kid to there parents.... the only reason Sony might not have been part of it would be because besides gaming it's not like Sony has much to share anyway....
this is a good point actually, the NSA spying through Kinect would be pretty laughable and inefficient.... I doubt many terrorist game in the first place at least the kind that are angry against USA.... but even if they do I doubt they are building bombs and having sensible conversation in there living room in front of Kinect....
if I trust MS.... yeah I do just as much as I trust any company I do business with or provide personal information to not abuse them more than what I have signed up for....
and I don't believe a second Kinect will be exploited for intelligence gathering it would be pretty stupid and a big waste of time and resources for not much results if any.... the logic behind people thinking that Kinect might be used for anything else than maybe collect data for advertising (which usually are anonymous because ID is irrelevant in that case) is plain stupid.... there is absolutely no viable reason to do so....
it'd be utterly useless and inefficient when they have already way better places to source more accurate and better targeted information.....
