MS did do something wrong, all that DRM crap. Happy? But Kinect being included is to have a unified userbase, as opposed to 360 kinect userbase. Spying is not MS's top priority and it never was. I have been banned a couple of times recently for grouping people and generalising in tones nowhere near as abusive and downright condescending as you choose here in various posts throughout this thread.

what the hell is going on here these days.   ridiculous.

Because I said a joke.  But I will say that me and many of my friends on here have been banned for insanely insignificant things so I feel your pain...
