@dis: The fact that the phone is growing in market share lends to my point about having a lack of market share to begin with initially. It is good to see that it is growing in some key demographic regions, but I didn't see any numerical data to help support the claims just a MS blog post referencing the growth. (not saying I don't believe the claims, but I like numbers :-p ) Thank you for posting that last link though (about continued support) as that I did not know and actually improves the brand appeal for me and should for others as well.
@imgdvl: Umm what exactly in my posting history are you referencing as I have don't recall ever saying what you are trying to quote me as saying. Personally, I'm more interested in seeing how MS will do overall in regards to sales rather than just bashing them with fanboytastic reasoning, and will even argue/counterpoint those that do such things.
OT: Thanks to disolitude referencing the continued support of WP8 by MS I may encourage my wife to buy this phone when she is ready to upgrade as the camera would be excellent.
