I'm sorry, but anybody who trusts any company/corporation isn't all that bright. Nobody cares about you. We're talking about business here. It's people trying to sell you something. I'm sorry but statements like these shows MS has a lot of abusive relationships with their customers:

"It's nothing really, I'll just send it in for repair.  I like a break from gaming."

"All corporations do this, it's just Love."

"No it's my fault the 360 destroyed some of my discs, I have to be more careful."  (Real quote from my 360 friend, and the only one that still is a 360 guy).

"Of course it overheats, all consoles do sometimes.  I understand that unlike some people."

"I just fell down the stairs, I have to learn!"  LOL 

"I don't mind paying $599, as its the cheapest Bluray player on the market"

"My credit card data was stolen, but they improved the security measures for next time"

"I don't mind waiting 5.5 years for the next GT, it just means that the devs are perfectionists"

"Its fine that online multiplayer has a paywall now, at least it offers a better deal then Xbox Gold"

Point being: people rationalize all the time when they don't want to give up something

Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.
