MS did do something wrong, all that DRM crap. Happy? But Kinect being included is to have a unified userbase, as opposed to 360 kinect userbase. Spying is not MS's top priority and it never was. Ok. Can we at least grasp that the government is on trial here, not MS? Because if the federal government demands information to any american company/subsidiary, they would have to comply. MS getting fingered out is just wrong.

But yes, that is my stance. My rights? My life is no different then when I didn't know about this. Why should I care if I have nothing to hide? I am a 100% believer in the greater good.

Theres a lot of self entitlement going on here and many people here take the country they live in, and the relative safety of their day-to-day lives, for serious granted. Keep preaching, and well see what you say if god forbid your local subway station gets blown up.
