Is this post supposed to scare people who do not follow God into following God?
If so, you may be interested to know that it only works on people who already follows God one way or another.
If not, carry on.

My post was not made to put fear into no one`s heart. But if it did i`m glad. It makes people aware that there are consequences (good and bad).
So people can`t change their minds and hearts?

Yes, people can change their minds. (For one, I was a Christian for 16 years.) But changing someone's mind using supernatural claims is extremely difficult if he/she does not believe in supernatural entities, or at least not the entities in question. I mean, if I said that I saw a demon in a dream who claims that he is looking for you, would you be scared? Or if I read in an old book about a great plague that will slowly start to kill all of humanity beginning in three days and decides to warn you about it, would you take shelter? I know that I wouldn't.
As for our hearts, I'm sure there are surgeries for that.

No, it`s not hard to believe. It`s not really hard or an impossibility for someone to start believing in something.
What is hard is to "make" someone believe in something - what the something - when he or she already closed themselves to their own idea of what is and what isn`t real. It`s no different than asking someone trust another person when that someone already convinced himself that no one can be trusted.
And not all supernatural claims carry the same weight just because they belong to the supernatural.
In this case we are dealing with something that people do live by: consequences for their actions. Hell, purgatory and heaven or not separated from everyday life, be it the essence of it or continuation of it.
