No. People who don't like to wave their hands around like idiots still won't do it even if they have the device required to do it.
I'd say if people don't want to buy your product, let them.
I think an even worse issue with Kinect is how the device itself broke records but the games themselves sold horribly. I think this speaks a lot to how people don't actually use Kinect even when they went out to buy it.
