GTAIV's exclusive episodes much bigger than people are expecting?

 Don't microsoft get the $50M back though? This effectively means that they have made two games exclusive to the 360 for no money at all. I don't think Rockstar are that stupid. The DLC is probably just some more missions and a few more vehicles/weapons. 

No they got what was essentially a guarantee "You make the DLC exclusive to the X360 and you will get $50M dollars in revenue" they didn't make it for nothing, they made it for a guarantee of the financial success of their DLC and I doubt their contract with MS will allow them to make just "just some more missions and a few more vehicles/weapons."

I expect a new area and a story arc, kind of like the HL2:E1 and HL2:E2, not large enough to be a stand alone game but most definately a decent expansion to GTAIV.
