Last time, they said: "We will kill Sony at E3".

Well,we know what happened.

well sony won with cheap shots.  if it was just about games microsoft showed nothing but games.  and i dont care if people navigate to their corner on this it is what it is.  sony no drm was a kick to the nuts and then $399 was akin to kicking them when theyre down.  so really your position is nothing to be jovial about.  if ms wouldve said no drm and the price wouldve been close to the same sonys e3 wouldve just been the lackluster event that it was.

Considering that didn't happen, what's your point exactly? And Microsofts game lineup was hardly massive enough to "kill" Sony regardless. Hell, half the exclusives that Microsoft announced, that I'm even interested in, are simply console exclusive to the Xbone and I'll be picking them up for the PC.

um what didnt happen?

1) microsoft showed nothing but games - TRUE

2) sony no drm kick microsoft in the nuts  - TRUE

3) $399 was a kick to the head of microsoft - TRUE

theres nothing else in my statement

cheap shot?  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xOwA46785pk

sony lackluster e3?  it really was.

ps.  im getting both consoles xbox one day one since killer instinct & forza well are killer instinct and forza.  ps4 whenever naughty dog releases a game or maybe earlier the order might get me interested.

1.) Sony also showed plenty of games, but didn't blow their load prematurely, as they will show plenty of new games at both Gamescom and TGS and thus most likely overshadow Microsoft at each.

2.) Sony responded brilliantly, they came out and stated their plans for DRM directly, while Microsoft was being extremely iffy and indirect regarding any statements on their DRM. Any company would have done the same thing, it was the perfect PR move at the time.

3.) You are honestly faulting Sony for having the more powerful console and undercutting the Xbones price by $100? Once again, brilliant move that it turned out the way it did. The pricing more than likely had nothing to do with the Xbone directly though, they just didn't want to make the same mistake they did with the PS3.

Also, that "cheap shot" was a last second thing that they did for fun, they literally recorded that at E3 the same day I believe.

Sony's E3 wasn't lackluster, they clearly showed they were about the games, the gamers, just look at the overwhelming indie support that people so quickly seem to forget. They gave a clear message with where they were going forward with the console while Microsoft has been teeter-tottering ever since.
