Is Nvidia toying with AMD when it comes to GPU performance?

Both are toying... they expected to move to 22 or 20nm but neither TSMC or GLOBALFOUNDRIES moved ahead... what I can say they have issues with 28nm yet after all nobody is Intel.

While that nVidia and AMD will continue to recycle two years old chips lol.
