@NinjaHanzo
In my lifetime I had a Hi-Fi studio grade 6 speaker X2 senheiser headset in the 90s and now a U320 senheiser and a TB XP400
none of them have anything on my H/K AVR745, 5 Klipsch XX52 series speakers and Velodyne DLS serie subwoofer.... then again a single speaker cost the price of one headset and the AVR was more expensive than a high end Samsung or Panasonic TV..... but yeah I never had quality headset whatever dude.....
and while the Kinect has SOFTWARE difficulties to cancel my set up those mics are already of higher quality than most of the mics you find in gaming headset except maybe the senheiser but being 4 aray mics offsets that....
the Kinect 2 if it has the actual improvement we have seen so far will absolutely crush those.... so yeah I'm fooling myself tsssss...
you should review your basic physic 101 classes I believe....
and yeah it is innovation, it is the cheapest aim to mass market, 3d tracking video and audio array tracking device ever created with that kind of tech.... a couple years ago if you had wanted anything remotely close to the Kinect tech you would have had to shell out several thousands of dollars.....
I don't even know why I'm explaining myself to someone as short sighted and close minded as you are....
MS is not my favorite company it is only the company providing me with the most convenient experience for my personal needs and tastes at a price I'm willing to pay..... Sony on the other hand is on my all time black list since the late 90s on principles and because I always found a better quality/price ratio and convenience with other manufacturer but that's an other debate....
