Well good news is better than no news. And i guess the main feature here is the instant play function where you can play the game as you're downloading. 

PS3 has had this too, but the difference here is that you can play as you download.

PS3 had it depending on how many consoles you had active, how long it had been since you last deactivated a console, and whether or not publishers had any DRM on their games being shared across consoles. This sounds like a more open ended design and I hope both consoles utilize it, it should be how all content is handled in the future. Just sign on with your account info and play.
