It was a joke. Pointing out that countdowns don't mean much as long as they are not from official sources. Anyone can make a countdown. That one is to find out when Dakota Fanning becomes legal. I just chose her because she's the only child star I know. I knew about the "becomes legal" countdown from the good old Olsen twins being 17 days.
