Years of work, huge development teams, pushing the boundaries of current or next gen hardware, voice actors, advertisement, advertisement.

But that high?  Supposedly development costs went down?  I still call bullshit on this one. 

Unless they went and asked Bill Clinton to do voice over work that isnt very expensive (I think he is the highest paid Guest Speaker in the Country right now).

Do they have a small town as a development team?  I cannot think of any teams that are large enough for that.

Ads are a possibility, but to put out enough ads to have to sell that many copies?  Fucking stupid and a terrible marketting department.
