I am sure they cant match the PS4s GPU power with overclocking alone. The 12gb Ram would be nice to have afterall they do reserve 3gb for the OS so they could need it.
It would level the playing field alot for me though. I would just need to see how it goes with the heat if there are any problems with it not that we get another Hardware disaster. Price is not an issue for me personally so it really comes down to what games they will have over the PS4 in 2014. I will definetly not buy either on launch.
