Can Xbox One beat PS4 Worldwide?

I feel that the race this time will be much closer than when the 360 had a jump on the PS3.

But no, I do not think the X1 will outsell the PS4. I know, I sound like jinxing it but there is a reason the PS3 was able to overtake the 360 at the tail end of this generation.
