I don't think this is morally identical. In your scenario, the answer would be too easy. In mine, they may be more conflicted with an answer, because they don't want to end human life.

It's identical to spider alien if said spider alien is also concious. It's just unattractive.

It is unattractive so it would be even less likely that he would have even drank the juice in the first place. So even though the scenario is similar it is still quite different. Basically in most people's mind, Sex>Drink with head on shoulders> Drink with spider egg.
