well they really hurt their brand with the latest decisions and as I've understood they're behind in specs and more expensive. So I don't find this suprising in the slightest, though US/UK results are rather high considering they've been 360s main markets.
One does have that cloud processing though, I have no idea how it would affect gaming, could be just sales hyperbole from MS. Guess we will see.
