It's interesting to see diehard MS fans deny that MS has hurt their brand. Some must honestly think that just because they did a 180, ALL of those Xbox gamers are goin to be crawling right back to them. Nope. Sure, they brought back quite a few, however, it's nowhere near all of them. Heck, considering preorders of the PS4 are STILL ahead of the One on Amazon, even with split SKUs (SKUs that are now moving up in the top 100, as well), and its regularly ahead of the One on Gamestops bestselling list, I see PS4 taking US this holiday. That's not even bringing supply into, either. Something Sony wins on, too.
And sales are only going to grow once the more hardcore gamers have bought their PS4s. With more of the hardcore (in other words, people's friends) having PS4s, and it having no mandatory Kinect, better HW, and at $100 cheaper, the PS4 is going to be gobbled up by the more mainstream gamer. And let's not even talk about how things are going to play out in countries outside the US.
