Fat with a "Ph", homie! Haha, uh, yeah, sorry about that...
Anyway, no, she's clearly not fat. I'd just say that she could tone up her core a bit - I'm a sucker for a tight stomach (no overly defined abs, though... blech!).
Point is she's still got a slender, feminine figure, a pretty face and nice legs, so, win!
