The united states tried to make bats act as sucide bombers with Napalm.

Countries try and develop crazy ass weapons because they never know what weapon will become the next big advantage.  

 And they also made dogs as suicide bombers to attack tanks....Their was a problem though the dogs attacked all tanks also the friendly ones;.Or it were the russians who made the dogs act like that?
