The salt costs etc make you consider how to employ the vigours effectively, and the fact that the ammo, gun and health cache's are just a one off(not restocking after use) makes it all the harder(well it was on hard, not sure about the other modes).

The story was simply mindblowing, don't think I've been engrossed in a story like this for a long while. I think it can stretch a 9 easily, well in my opinion anyway.

Salt etc. are just a minor inconveniance imo, since Elizabeth just refreshes your stock if you need it. For example, I have been using the first Rocket Launcher I got for the entire game, since it was just not possible to run out off ammo (Normal difficulty). The vigors are really fun, but I don't think they can completely outweight the gunplay.

But like I stated in my final verdict, you can easily make the score a 9.5 if you give the story more weight (which I actually do outside of this review, btw.), but that's not something I can do in a review.
