But those would be the ones taking the most advantage of it.  Why such a extreme caveat?  Neither Respawn, Turn 10 nor Insomniac have made ridiculous claims, but it's still not good enough?  

I remember a time when gamers used to be excited about the potential uses of new technology.  I just don't get this ...

I feel like it could be awesome, but I'm not at all impressed by pr talk or what sounds like it could be too good to be true (claiming to triple a console game's perfomance sounds like it could be one of those things) . I'll wait and see for myself how much the cloud actually improves a game, but in the meantime- I won't take the word of people that are making an exclusive game for a platform to describe how powerful it is. It's the same as when people say, "This is only possible on x system because of y"- that's always BS- someone always gets paid for that.
