It's not entirely clear from the trailer, but it seems it like it contains all of the original Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 release + all DLC released so far and an additional story line.
Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 is a fighting game, with a story mode that currently is ahead of the anime (really, the story mode is like 80% cutscenes and 20% actual gameplay 
). Very fun game to play, especially the offline multiplayer^^
