So the article isn't what the headline says at all.

This is the final summary:

Stuff says:
"until Valve launches its own affordable, focused hardware, any Steam box feels out of place in the lounge. With its game restrictions lifted the Xbox is closer to a win, but the PS4's lower price point, stonking catalogue of games and friendlier attitude towards indies puts it in front for us."

WHAT!?

So, here's 3 choices and here's the reasons all three choices are viable options... aka READ OUR MAG!!!

On the last bit mind you, he may be refering to the indie games 'siding' with PS4 due to MS policies and/or the MMORPGs that are free to play. But that is only my guess work.

The chap that favours the PS4 basically bangs on about DRM and used games as to why he likes the PS4 and at the same time acknowledges that they dont have that any more..... ???

It basically comes down to it being £80 cheaper.

£80 aka 2 games can be appealing, well in this case, 1 game and online for a year but still.

I'm not sure how viable Steambox is as an option, for the general consumer, it's not appealing, they don't know what it is and without big promotion like Nintendo, Sony and MS can provide for their well known consoles it's going to be hard to break through and get a good hold. Many might like the idea but those are already PC gamers on Steam.

Hmm, pie.
