'Bites Back' is probably the idea that the lackluster PS3 showing at the start and the turn around of the PS4s presence. Sharper teeth is a pun on the original headline. Don't read too much into it.
As you can read the article though, do let us know more when you've read it. As a tech mag and not really connected directly to the industry, I'd like to know their stance, especially now DRM has been removed.
