The only home console in a two-console combo that HAS to be there is a Wii U. Makes no sense to get the "other" expensive HD console for more money only to get two or three exclusives. Most titles will be multiplatform.
So...PS4 or XB1. Tough call because they both have good arguments and the XB1 does have the better early-life exclusives, but in the absence of other factors, the PS4 looks like the better bet. It just strikes me as the console with the better late-life legs.
But all the consoles have some really good reasons to buy them. OUYA? May as well get a smartphone with an HDMI out, but everything else has a solid reason to buy it.
