After playing Chrono Trigger for my first time on DS I said "THERE'S ANOTHER ONE!?" I was so excited but... I didn't like Chrono Cross all that much. The theme wasn't all that great, the characters were a little lacking and I could tell that the entire team that created the masterpiece, Chrono Trigger, wasn't present in the creation of Chrono Cross. The music was absolutely fantastic! However, the rest wasn't to my liking. I'd have to totally agree with you. I wish Square would continue Chrono but so many developers don't want to, Er hrmm Yuji Horii!
