People who think this game will be huge are out of touch with reality and the mass market. I think the people who think this game will be huge are the type of people who thought Wii Fit would fail.
I'm the type of person who thought they would both be huge, and for some of the same reasons. Still am.
I think LBP will be a huge word of mouth game.
I know I will be trying to convince my friends to get it once I have it to show them.

But there's more to it than that. LBP is also going to be the focus of a serious marketing push by Sony. I have a feeling it's going to become the console's mascot game: expect the sackboy character to show up next to the logo in all the PS3 ads, for instance.
