I'd guess wave to answer, tilt to scroll, eye-tracking, and other useless and poorly thought out GS4 features.

However, this doesn't seem to be any of that. So in relation to this device his comment seems out of place.

It's adding things together that the consumer never asked for. So it applies here. I can't remember anyone asking for a windows/androud dual boot device. Basically this is a device that no one will get and those that do will stick one OS. 

What are the benifits to this?

Just because you don't know anybody that wants a dual-boot Win/Android device doesn't mean that we don't exist.
