In the official announcement they say that it was because the site was not profitable enought (they dont handle lots of publicity or paid accounts). But many people on their forum think that maybe there could be some legal problems to keep the site alive...
I thing that that one must be true, because i really can't believe that one of the Alexa top 150 sites areisn't profitable.
