No, it is not, not even close :)
Now while some of the ultrabook market may be interested into Google Chromebook (esp. to have a portable web browser); the thing you can do with a Google Chromebook are very limited compared to an ultrabook.
I saw a lot of people being completly mistaken and buying a Chromebook hoping it would let them do they day to day job and then finally bought an ultrabook instead...
Google Chromebook is selling even worse than the Microsoft Surface RT and for good reason...
Really, nothing to do with an Ultrabook...
