What I read in GAF for now...
+ Driving physics improved
+ New suspension physics fantastic
+ The shadown in cockpit is fixed
+ Menus are better
+ Load times are smaller
- There are framerate issues in cockpit mode (seems like only in 1080p... in 720p it run fine)
- Lack of AA (but GT5 didn't have in 1080p too lol)
