Really? A DLC outfit we've seen before multiple times? It doesn't even look that good on her because, being shallow, I must point out that Light's always been about legs, not chest.
Lightning Returns really needed a badass preorder bonus because if you don't buy it immediately it won't hold on to much market value. XIII-2 was actually a really good game, but because no one was interested in a sequel to XIII it became bargain bin fodder very quickly. Same thing will happen here, just faster. Something like an iTunes code to download all 3 XIII game soundtracks would have overrided my instinct to wait for the price to crach, but without it there's really nothing to get excited over.
Calling it now: Lightning Returns will be the undervalued bargain bin game of 2014.
