yeah they locked 5gb for games it doesn't mean they won't free up more dynamically with hyper V just to give more leeway to games to maintain a more stable 60fps.... I don't see the point of locking 3GB for apps on the other hand... so yes they might have locked 5gb for games and all you said on that side.... it doesn't mean they locked it up on the other side for apps though.... I have an old win 8 pro tablet with 4Gb in ram and I have never had issues with win8 apps being open in the background and a lot of them so I doubt the 5 apps that people might have on rare occasion running at the same time on a Xb1 will use up that much RAM.... but I might be wrong....
