And reasonable? People are saying that RAM will change between the OS App and OS Games... so if I have dozem apps installeds I will have issues in the games because the OS App is using the RAM that was to be used for OS Games???

The interview do not say the 5GB will be STATIC in any way. You are making that up and no, you are not reasonable... As always with Microsoft's rumors/speculations... And your exemple is plain stupid (the exemple, not you before to you report me for that), applications can easily swat memory context (like any mobile device today AND there will certainly be a limit to the amount of memory an app can use... 

Even if the maximum amount of memory for games is 5GB, nobody from Microsoft confirmed it would not be possible to dynamicaly allocated less (or more for the apps)... This is just speculations from you. And being based on Hyper-V; with this feature being build-in, I do not see why it seems "unreasonable" to believe it will dynamic...
